Not only was I satisfied with the robe I received, but CapandGown Direct bent over backwards to help me get it just right. And not just the robe. They went above and beyond to get me the perfect hood as well. The robe and hood is a wonderful quality (though the robe felt baggy). But the prices are unbeatable, and the service is top notch. What a beautiful robe!!! The cap and gown is even more beautiful in person. The quality was impressive and even more so was their customer service. My son graduated from medical school and somehow his order was lost from his school. I contacted this company sent them a photo of what it should look like and with the limited time we had. I am blown away at the quality of this hood. The fabric, materials, and stitching are excellent. It looks and feels like a hood that would cost much more – it definitely does not look like a discount hood. I am confident that this quality garment will last a lifetime and serve me well for years to come (I work at a university, and I am required to wear full regalia at least 3-times per year). I highly recommend this company for your gown, tam, and hood - I have purchased all three and each one is of excellent quality.
This cap totally made my husband's "COVID-19" doctoral graduation the BEST! I’ve been renting doctoral hoods, and finally decided to buy one. This hood is great. Beautiful colors and nice piping, fits perfectly. It’s even nicer than I expected.
